Q1: How can I place an order?
Ordering from Multiple.pk is quick and easy! Simply browse our products, add the items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email, a Call, and a WhatsApp message with your order details. You can also track your order through your Multiple.pk account.
Q2: Why should I shop online at Multiple.pk?
Shopping online with us ensures convenience, exclusive online discounts, and faster order processing. You can place your order anytime, and enjoy secure payment options for a next-day delivery.
Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
An online payment method will be introduced soon for a more seamless shopping experience.
Shipping & Delivery
Q4: What are the delivery charges?
Our delivery charges are as follows:
- Flat Shipping Fee → PKR 250
- Heavy Products and Large Size Orders → Charged on case to case basis depending on the location, size, weight, and dimensions of the product.
Q5: Can I schedule my delivery for a specific date?
Yes! you may contact our helpline (03000-645645) via Call or WhatsApp and notify them of your preferred delivery date. You may also notify of this when you receive the confirmation call/message.
Order Cancellations & Returns
Q6: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible at 03000-645645. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Q7: How do I know if my product is eligible for an exchange or replacement?
Please refer to our Return & Exchange policy for details on eligible products and conditions.
Q8: How long do I have to request a refund or replacement?
You can request a refund or replacement within 24-48 hours after the product has been delivered to you. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Q9: How do I create an account on Multiple.pk?
Go to https://multiple.pk/account/register, fill in your details, and submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is activated.
Q10: I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on "Forgot Password?" on the login page and follow the instructions. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email.
Q11: How can I update my personal details or email address?
Log in to your account, follow the instructions, and update your information as needed.
Q12: Is shopping on Multiple.pk secure?
