You can initiate an exchange request with us within 24-48 hours after the product has been delivered to you.

The return shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchange & Return Terms & Conditions

• Exchange claim can be initiated within 24-48 hours, after the product gets delivered.
• Products should not be used and must be in sealed pack condition.
• Returns should be sent in a protective box to avoid damage to the product(s) during transit.
• Exchange shipment should contain the actual product along with any accessories, original price tags, labels, and invoice.

Upon receiving the product at our warehouse, we will check the condition of the product for exchange claim eligibility. A confirmation communication will be sent to the customer through Email / Call / WhatsApp.
